Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a permanent item on Kenyon’s Staff Consultative Committee agenda.

The committee meets quarterly. Its members consider and develop appropriate CSR initiatives. These focus on creating lasting local legacies and other initiatives designed to ensure that Kenyon’s business objective of being a socially responsible organisation is achieved.

Past initiatives have focused on the environment, training for local people and community regeneration in its broadest sense. Rotation of non-key committee members allows more staff members to engage with Kenyon’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.
