Bright Ideas is an internal Kenyon scheme aimed at encouraging employees from all parts of the business to come up with new ideas and initiatives. These might be about, for example, promoting our work, improving customer service or environmental innovation.  Staff members’ ideas can lead to improvements on site, in the office, or within the wider local community.

Cash prizes are awarded to all employees whose ideas are implemented.
