The company's Environmental Officer reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for championing the company's aims to cut its carbon emissions and energy use, as set out in the company Business Plan.

Kenyon is also in the process of applying for an eco label in recognition of its investment in the development of kitchen recycling systems.
