A Training Needs Analysis is undertaken as part of every staff member’s twice yearly appraisal. This ensures that the right training supports career progression.
Training can take many forms:- post-induction, on-the-job training; in-house training courses; training programmes organised by our major clients; or external training modules leading to formal qualifications.
